Rollmeister has comprised a team of highly skilled personnel that has the training, experience, and commitment to provide our customers with the attention they deserve. We have a combined experience of over 200 years paper machine roll inspection, suction roll maintenance, roll grinding and roll mechanical repairs for the paper industry.​

​Rollmeister Inc. realizes that in this highly competitive service industry, quality work must be performed at reasonable rates with on time deliveries.

Our History

​Rollmeister Inc. was started by Rick and Karen Waller. Rollmeister has comprised a team of highly skilled personnel that has the training, experience, and commitment to provide our customers with the attention they deserve.

​Rollmeister Inc. was formed in 1994 to service the paper industry, with quality, timely deliveries and fair pricing for grinding and mechanical repairs of paper machine rolls. Rick Waller, owner of Rollmeister Inc., started his career in 1963 with Beloit Corporation in Beloit, WI. Rick worked his way up through various management positions and in 1979 was assigned the responsibility of starting the metals division at the Beloit Manhattan plant in Neenah, WI. Rick left Beloit Manhattan Corporation in 1989 to join Sulzer, Escher, and Wyss as general manager in their Austell, Georgia facility.

Rick and Karen have now since retired and their two sons Mike and Dave Waller are running the show. With the guidance of Rick and Karen, they have grown Rollmeister into what it is today, a growing company with an eye on the future.

The grinding, disassembly and repair of all paper machine rolls, also with the dynamic balancing and machining of component parts and also the building of new Paper Machine Rolls, can be facilitated by Rollmeister Inc. and meet the cost, quality and delivery criteria.
