Precision Roll Grinding

Rollmeister has FOUR two-wheel Farrell grinders. The capacity for grinding ranges from 8” diameter to 72” diameter up to a 430” roll face, weighing up to 40 tons. Rollmeister Inc. is capable of grinding material ranging from rubber covers, polyurethane, composite covers steel, chrome, brass etc.

Capability for grinding are: Straight grinds, specified crowns, a wide range of Ra finishes and super finishing.
